Here’s how it works:
-
Kids ages 2 to 12 sign up at either the Main Library or Wilson Branch.
-
Read or listen (non-readers) to 10 books between June 18 and September 10 and you will receive a free book for a prize. For readers who read longer books, 75 pages count as 1 book.
-
For every 10 books that you read Windsor Library Association will donate $1 to Smile Train, a medical charity that operates on children’s lips and palate to restore their smile.
-
Our goal is to read 7,500 books this summer to pay for 3 children’s operations. We hope the community will support our efforts with donations.
