Choose one of the following options that applies to you:

• Windsor Residents -- Adults 18 & Older
  Apply for a library card using the on-line application. After applying, we will have your card ready by the following Friday.  Please pick it up at the Lending Desk.  If you need it sooner please call 285-1910.  When you arrive, to validate your card, you  will need to show us identification with your current Windsor address, when you first use your card.

• Windsor Residents -- Youth, Under 18 Years of Age
  Print the application, fill it out and have a parent/guardian sign it.  Bring the completed application, the parent/guardian and their valid ID to the library to receive your card.
  
   

• Other Connecticut Residents
  You do not need to apply for a Windsor Library card. You are able to use your hometown Connecticut library card at the Windsor Library.

• Out of State Residents
  Those who work in Windsor are eligible for a card at no charge.  Card will only be valid in Windsor, not any other town in Connecticut.
  
  Those who live temporarily in Connecticut but do not work in Windsor may apply for a card for a fee of $25.00  Card will be valid for 6 months.
