Looking for a Windsor Family History? 

Windsor Public Library does not have staff to perform detailed genealogical or local history research. We offer this list of resources in hopes that it will aid you in your search. We've included both books that you may refer to, and a few organizations you can contact for more information.

If you are looking for detailed historical information about the Town of Windsor, or it's original settlers, our best local resource is the Windsor Historical Society. They are open from 10-4, Tuesdays through Saturdays, and can also be reached at 688-3813.

Other genealogy sources can be found on the Internet. Try Cyndi's List Genealogy Sites for a detailed listing, or perhaps go to Ancestors.com.
