You must have a Windsor Library Card to access Learning Express Library.

For First Time Users

1. Click on the "New User" button. 
2. For your Username enter your Windsor Library Card barcode.
3. Enter a password of your choosing.
4. Verify your password by entering it again, and click "Continue".
5. On the next screen, select Windsor Public Library and click "Update".

For Returning Users

1. Click on "Returning User".
2. Enter your Windsor Library Card barcode as your Username.
3. Enter your password and click "Continue".
