Apply for a Library Card

Windsor residents are encouraged to apply for a free library card.  A Windsor library card may be used in any Connecticut public library. In addition, most borrowed materials may be returned to any public library and will be shipped to the owning library.

Windsor Residents -- Adults 18 & Older

Apply for a library card in person at the Lending Desk by filling out a short application and presenting your ID with your Windsor address on it.  You can choose one of the ID requirements found below.

Windsor Residents -- Youth, Under 18 Years of Age

Bring a parent/guardian and their valid ID to the library to fill out an application and receive your card.
