Test Proctoring

The Windsor Public Library and Wilson Branch are closed until further notice as a precaution, to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and therefore test proctoring is not available at this time.

If you have questions related to test proctoring services, please contact Reference Librarian Danielle at tapper@townofwindsorct.com or 860-285-1925.

As part of Windsor Public Library’s mission and in an effort to support continuing education, lifelong learning and as a public service, the library offers proctoring services for students who need to take exams.

Exam proctoring may be scheduled Monday through Saturday during regular library hours.  We encourage requests to be made at least 1 week before the required test date.

Exam proctoring fees are $25.00 per test.  This fee will include one-time return mail, scanning, and or fax costs. (First Class US mail ~ to be sent out on the next business day following the exam.)  The library accepts cash, check, or credit card (there is a $1 convenience fee for this service). The proctor fee must be paid at the time the exam is taken.

Contact Danielle Tapper, Reference Librarian, at 860-285-1925 to find out about our specific testing guidelines and available test times.  You may also fill out this online application for test proctoring. While the library staff will do it’s best to meet the scheduling needs of the student, the staff will determine date and time for exams.  Please be aware that regular library activities take precedence over proctoring services.

To our Canadian friends, proctoring services are available at the University of Windsor Testing Centre, you can contact them for more information.
